Scale.

Scaling your business is not the same as growing your business.

Scaling your business means you're able to handle an increase in sales and work in a cost-effective, reasonable manner.

Your company can handle growth without suffering in other areas for instance burning the candle at both ends while “trying” to deliver quality service or products to your clients. This something I hear from so many of my clients.

Scaling your business is getting to a point where you are running processes and systems that function without you hint: automation.

Setting your business up to scale can look a little crazy in the beginning.

Long hours. Lots of training and coaching. Spending $$ on systems. Outsourcing tasks to professionals to set up the right system(s) for your business.

Blood. Sweat. Tears. That’s what it takes in the beginning.

At least that’s what is feels like. Being a business owner is not easy it takes action and dedication with the ability to pivot when needed.

One of my clients is right on track to scale her business this year.

This is what she says about working with me:

“The work Tisa has done to streamline my business has allowed me to focus on actually growing a business and not just managing it. I am doing more of the work I love and much less of the work I didn't like. I am able to dedicate time to projects that were on my waiting list of ideas to implement.”

My passion is helping businesses shift from growing to scaling.

I love being part of this process and part of the team.
