My friend, SOP’s are the backbone of your business and you need them ASAP.

SOP stands for Standard Operating Procedure.

Without SOP’s you will find that handing over responsibilities to a new team member (because your business will grow and you will need help) to be very challenging and time consuming leading you to wonder why you even thought bringing on help would actually help.

Having SOP’s is like having insurance (covering your a**) when you need to step away to go on vacation, have a baby, get married, take some much need R&R, someone will be able to step in and help run your business using your SOP’s.

EVERYTHING, including the kitchen sink - just kidding but seriously it will feel like you’re listing a million things. It will surprise you how many steps it takes to complete your processes.

Start by creating a workflow and then use the workflow to help you fill in the blanks = SOP.
